Karen is CEO of CRUX Asset Management Ltd. She joined CRUX in July 2015 as COO and was appointed CEO in 2020. She has held senior/executive roles in asset management businesses for over 25 years. The more significant periods of her career have been spent at Man Group, Janus Henderson and Fidelity in both London and Dublin. Karen also holds the position of Chairperson and independent Non-Executive Director for Mediolanum International Funds in Ireland and in September 2022 was appointed as a non-executive director on the board of the Investment Association, the UK trade body for the Investment Management sector.
